TK Knee Bands 200kg Single Leg Press Demo 1

http://www.intafitness.com.au . Mr. Inta-Fitness demos the great TK Knee Bands here performing a 200 kg partial single leg press (too much stress on lower back & pelvic rotation to go full ROM on these) followed by single leg jump squats with a static hold to failure.

I could not do this without these great TK Bands. They keep my knees supported & warm and I feel safe & comfortable with this weight whereas in the past I would get pain in the patellar tendon due to the sheer force through the knee. Since using these TK Bands I have not had any overuse or inflammatory injuries such as tendonitis - I highly recommend them!

    I understand where …
    I understand where you are coming from my friend but if you do not understand what I am doing - try asking and not making …umptions. This is called a partial leg press and you load with 50% more weight and only drop 4 or so inches in your absolute strongest range of motion. This overloads quads far beyond anything they are used to in conventional full ROM training & shocks the central nervous system. There is no damage being done to the knee, it’s safely behind the toes in every partial rep

    did you know that putting down another human being is a display of your own weak character. You are of course entitled to your own opinion but I suggest you make it an informed opinion and not random criticism. so, read my ‘more info’ comment and then do some reading on heavy partial training and central nervous system stimulus and muscular overload.     plus you do 2 times in a row left leg … OVERLAPING dont mean nothing

    i hate to look rude but u better reduce your charge from 50% and put more gradualy

    this guy is hilarious, he uses like every peice of workout gear you can wear, hes got the belt, the ab wrap thing, knee wraps, wrist bands, ipod, elbow sleeves, wrist hooks

    and then proceeds to do the most terrible form on every exercise
